Behaviour Policy

Our staff are there to help and address any questions or concerns you have on the day but Little Dolphins Swimming School has a zero tolerance approach to unacceptable verbal and physical behaviour directed towards our staff, either during lesson times or via email, phone call or text.

Behaviour that is regarded as unacceptable includes but is not limited to:

Excessive shouting

We understand that you may feel upset or angry but please be aware of your behaviour at all times especially in front of other parents and their children.  We teach some very young children and their siblings may also be present so this type of behaviour can be very frightening for them.

Any unacceptable behaviour will be taken very seriously and may result in the immediate ejection from the pool area (including changing rooms) and the permanent exclusion of repeat offenders.  In the event of repeat unacceptable behaviour it may be that Little Dolphins Swimming School would need to terminate swimming lessons without a refund.

We cannot allow parents/guardians on poolside during lessons due to safeguarding and health and safety.

There will be a duty pool manager present and you MUST speak to them.  If they are already speaking to another parent/guardian we ask that you be patient and wait for them to be available.

Please do not approach the teacher as they will be busy with their class and should not be distracted under any circumstances - If you are talking to the teacher whilst they are teaching you are putting all of the children in danger.

If you have a question or complaint or an issue with a member of Little Dolphins Swimming School staff please contact our admin team at and we will look into it.

Thank you for your co-operation and understanding
